It was a great motivator to cross some things off my list. At the end of October, I listed all of the things in this post that I made but didn't cross off the list and add new things (Oops!). I did make the first three things on the list, as well as some other recipes that I came across through October. I was going to make the pesto but didn't make it to the basil plant before the frost did which tends to be my issue every year trying to stretch a little bit more out of yummy basil. Sadly, no more yummy basil and no pesto :(
November wasn't as productive with a vacation in the middle and limited groceries on hand while trying to use the things in the pantry and freezer. I was hoping to get a little more creative but I did get to the Homemade Shake n Bake and Brownies which have been on my list for awhile. Then with Thanksgiving, we made Stuffing from bread, Buttery Yeast Rolls, Homemade Pie Crust, and Lemon Chess Pie.

I am sure that I will add a few more to the list as the days go on like some interesting Christmas cookies. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know because I love to try some fun recipes. I hope that I can try more fun recipes next month despite the holidays on the way. It might take a little more work to get there but hopefully you will see some more new recipes on the horizon in December!!
