June Cooking Review

I didn't do a lot of new cooking last month so I was determined that I would do better this month even though it was summer.  I don't do great in the heat and therefore don't like to increase the heat in my house without a reason.  I didn't do the best job of posting the recipes after I made them but I took lots of pictures so I rushed to put them all together and try to get them posted while typing as fast as my fingers could carry me.

I also thought that I might be a little bit more broad in my new recipes.  I make things sometimes and I don't really think that some of my cooking are really "recipes" because I make it up.  My first one is an example of that because we love these roast beef sandwiches but they really aren't a recipe and can be made with your favorite lunchmeat and cheese!  The grilled bun in the best part so don't forget to grill it!!

After looking at all the pictures, you can tell that I didn't do a lot of posing since all of them are on my cranberry dishes so I guess that my try next month is to work on my picture take skills but one thing at a time right?  Okay, the cookies never made it to the plate because it was eaten so quickly but the rest are on the plates and the pictures were taken on the counter or at the dinner table as we were about to eat.  It seems that the busy and hot summer has already taken hold of my photography.

I hope that you try a few of the recipes (even if the pictures aren't the best).  If you missed them the first time or are looking for the original post, just click on the name and it will take you to the original post.  Thanks for stopping in and seeing what new things I cooked this month!
