Perish Twice Book Review

Perish Twice (Sunny Randall) by Robert B. Parker is the second book in the Sunny Randall series.  I still had to do a double take when I started reading because I wasn't expecting it to be a woman talking.  I quickly remembered the previous book and couldn't put this one down.  I finished it within 24 hours.

In this book, Sunny is working two cases and not getting paid for either.  She is working for her sister to investigate her husband's affairs.  At the same time, she is working for a Mary Lou, a lesbian feminist, who is being stalked.  Sunny discovers who the stalker is during the first day and is quickly fired.  At the same time, more questions arise in the investigation and Sunny can't let it rest.  Both cases are being done pro bono but Sunny won't let either issue rest.  I highly recommend checking out the book to see all of the interesting things that Sunny uncovers and how she puts together the pieces to solve the mystery.

I hope that you check out this series and all other Robert Parker books at your local library or bookstore.  They are always a good read that is hard to put down!!!  I hope that you enjoy.
