February Reading Completed

I had such a great January that there was a little too much pressure to start February with but I knew that I would get a lot read even if I didn't live up to the 12 books that I read in January (especially since it is a shorter month, right?).  Okay, should be a relaxed month since I read so many last month.  If I get my whole years reading list done in three or four months then what am I going to read for the rest of the year.

I had a bunch of books checked out of the library to try to get started but it was a little overwhelming.  It is almost better when you don't have a choice and have to start on the next book that you have but I went through them as quickly as I was reading.  Plus, I had my shelf full of books staring me down every time I walked into my bedroom.  Should I stop checking books out of the library and concentrate on finishing what is at the house.  Oh well, I use the back up from my shelf for when I don't have anything else left from the library and I think that I am going to continue doing that.

Have I mentioned that I am really enjoying reading books in my free time??  Even though it sounds like a huge internal debate, I would love to be reading three books at the same time but I can't actually get into them like that so I go through one at a time until I am done and pick up the next one.  Sadly, most things have an internal debate in my head.  Should I sit down and read this morning or clean the kitchen?  Cleaning the kitchen usually wins even though we all know if would be more fun to sit down with a hot cup of tea (or coffee if that is your thing) and a yummy hot scone and read a book.  When someone figures out how that is done, please let me know :)  I did read 11 books this month even though it was a shorter month.

In the meantime, I hope that you pick up a book and check it out when you get a free moment :)  Let me know if there are any good ones that I should add to the ever growing list.
