Monday- Lime Chicken with white rice and snap peas
Tuesday- Pasta with garlic bread (served with leftover sausage for my husband) and asparagus
Wednesday- Grilled Spiedie Chicken and salt potatoes
Thursday- Chicken fries, Popcorn Chicken with homemade fries
Friday- Chicken Paninis with leftovers
Can I skip this week?! I don't want to cook anymore!! Wait, that isn't an option or we would all starve...or maybe only eat ice cream for dinner. I started off the week alright but then I realized on Tuesday morning and I needed to take all the meat out of the freezer for the week!! Oops!! Normally I am on top of these things but not this week!!
We did Chinese food Saturday night for dinner and then leftovers on Sunday night for dinner so those plans were thrown out the window. My mom came to visit last week and is still here so I was trying to make the meals something that everyone would enjoy and something that would be easy to cook after working for the first time in months. As my son said, "Ohh man, I am going to miss summer!" Me too!!! We are still going to be eating summer food for awhile but less time to eat them for sure!
