I didn't think that I made that much new this month until I went back to do my review for the month. I guess that I did more then I thought. I was really excited to make pumpkin puree for the first time. It was a super easy thing to do and if it does work out to be cheaper, I might be buying some pumpkins to make my own puree in the future. Now I really need to start canning because this is another thing that is going into the freezer. I might need another freezer soon!!! The pumpkin bread that I made from the pumpkin puree was amazing. My husband even said that it tasted different and he asked if I put in more cinnamon.... I actually used less because I was almost out. It was way more flavorful and worth the little bit of work that I put in. The cherry cheesecake recipe was my mother in laws creation and I was only there to help but the final product was amazing!!
