Monday- Christmas Eve dinner: Turkey, stuffing, yeast rolls, cranberry sauce, and veggie
Tuesday- Cinnamon Rolls/Leftovers/Baked Potato Soup
Wednesday- Keiobsa with sweet potato fries and tater tots/Olive Oil Pasta with herb bread
Thursday- Leftovers/Breakfast for dinner
Friday- Homemade Pizza Roll/Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Saturday- Grilled Cheese/??
Sunday- Leftovers/Rosemary Grilled Chicken with herb rice
We are planning for both lunch and dinner because we have people in town and I am going to be ready to feed the masses. I don't know how many people are going to be here on any given day but I think that we are going to have 5-11 people (hopefully maximum because my house isn't that big, let alone my dining room table). After all the company leaves, this is also my week to cross my fingers and clean the freezer. I know that the turkey is going to free up a lot of room but I am not sure if I am going to have enough room in my upstairs freezer for the rest of the stash :) I am going to find a way though because I know that the freezer is long overdue!!!
