I made a quick trip to Harris Teeter to get some of the deals that were going until Christmas day and some from the current week. I got the Diamond Crystal Sea Salt for $0.07. The Davidson eggs which were B1G1. I had coupons for $0.75 off each so with doubling, they were $0.65 for 2 dozen eggs. I went with the expensive Smart Balance butter instead of the free one so it cost a few cents. Then I grabbed the free sour cream. The Ocean Spray was on sale B1G1 so they were $3.79 for two which is better than most of the sales so I am probably going to have to go back and stock up.
I was running around with my little man in a car shopping cart and with no list in hand, I was a little disorganized and had to run out to the car to grab the coupons for the eggs and the sour cream. Overall, not a horrible trip after my coupons were handed over but hoping that I can get my act together with the coupons. Plus, I am super excited to make my cinnamon pound cake made with sour cream!!! Stay tuned for the yummy recipe :)

It has been a good month so far with only $30 OOP and saving $221.79. A great end to the year!! I don't know what the rest of the month holds with the holidays and company coming into town but I am hoping for lots of good deals and a really great year end total!!
