Ingredients
1 cup Amish Friendship Bread Starter
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup peach or orange marmalade jam

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup peach or orange marmalade jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- In a large bowl, add first six ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in nuts and jam.
- Use cupcake liners, spray muffin tin with oil or butter.
- Pour batter evenly into muffin tins.
- Bake 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center of the muffins comes out clean.
