Harris Teeter Shopping Trip #3

I ended up with two check outs on this trip on two short trips to the store with family in town so I figured that something was better than nothing.  I used the time available to get the best savings. Thinking positively, I might have also kept my OOP down with this strategy!!

The first transaction was Always Pads, 2 Damp Rids, Hefty Bags, and 3 Krave cereal.

Total OOP $1.87
Total Savings $29.06

The second transaction was 6 Eggo Waffles and the Protein Drink.

If you haven't tried the Thick and Fluffy waffles, they are awesome!  They taste almost as good as the waffles at a restaurant... of course, making them at home also means you can keep them super hot which is the major downfall with Belgian Waffles at restaurants and I like my food HOT :)  A super yummy treat at only a $1 per box.

Total OOP $6.26
Total Savings $14.33

  1. oh that breaks my heart about your iPad (from the other post!) Just found your blog from the mycouponteacher page - thanks for sharing your trips and tips! I'm new to the couponing thing, did very very well yesterday at HT. Where did you find the Sambozon juice? I have several high dollar coupons for that but can't find it at mine - possibly I'm not looking in the correct spot though.

    1. I went in with the intention of getting it the first day and went through the whole store without figuring out where it was... then I saw one shoved in the freezer with the veggies...it came to me that it was a refrigerated juice. My store just moved it all the way to the front with the Pom juice and refrigerated pasta. There was a chocolate flavor and vanilla. My mother and I tried both :) Good luck. If you can't find it, ask customer service where the Pom Wonderful juice is, they may have heard of it more!!
