Coupon Basket Clean Up

I worked on my weekly project to clean up my coupon basket disaster.  It was overflowing and in danger of giving out at any second..mostly likely at the store in the parking lot after a rain storm in a wind storm.  Last time I didn't clean it out soon enough, my lid flew open and coupons flew every where!!!!  Learn from mistakes and clean out more often :)

I have a metal tin that I keep the unfilled coupons in and ones that I have taken to the store but they are out of products :(  It was totally full and in need of going through too!!!

I went through all my internet printables and newspaper inserts to pull all the expired coupons.  I recycled my papers in the blue trashcan.  Leaving enough room to cut my new coupons.

Then I put together all my basket again and it actually almost shut!!!  If I actually attached the little heart latch back to the top of the basket, it might have even closed.  I guess this means that I have too many coupons!  Maybe not, can anyone ever have too many coupons????

Have you thought about your coupon organization method recently?  People say that coupon organization methods change throughout couponing.  I have never changed how I organize my coupons?  Is this something I need to re-evaluate?  I always think that if it isn't broken, don't fix it.  If the basket stops holding all the coupons, I guess I will have to!!  Remember to clean out your coupons on a regular schedule :)
