Rachael Ray 365: No Repeat Book Review

Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats--A Year of Deliciously Different Dinners (A 30-Minute Meal Cookbook) was a book that I got for my mom and dad at the library book sale last weekend!!!  I decided that I should take a look and found a bunch of yummy recipes.
If you like the recipes that Rachael Ray does on her show, you should check out this book.  I am really interested in making two different recipes for chicken fingers.  I wrote the list like I always do when I read a cookbook and I found 63 recipes.  I read my mom the list and she said that we like chicken too much :)  I bought this book for them but I need to make a note of a few recipes so that they can make them for us the next time we visit!!

The plus is that there are tons of great recipes.  The minus for me is that some of the items aren't things that I always keep around the house.  I know that this is a weird compliant for a cookbook but I am mainly looking at meals that I can cook with items that don't cost a lot of money and that I have in the freezer and pantry.  Overall, I would make some of these recipes on special occasions and look forward to trying a few new one soon!!!

I hope that you pick up a copy at your local library or bookstore and let me know what you think!!  Sorry that I can't loan it to you because it will be going home with my dad this weekend :)  Time to take some notes!!!
