Aldi Trip Last Week

I was having so many computer issues last week, I forgot to post my Aldi's shopping trip.  I would love to live closer to an Aldi's to go more often but I only get to go when I travel all the way out to see my sister in law at work but a great bonus to the trip :)  I had a semi-exhausted three year old with me so I didn't get a chance to look at all the great deals that they had in the store this time but I got to grab the loaf of bread that we needed.  The lettuce was $1.19 last time and only $0.89 this time.  I decided to go crazy and buy two!!  Total OOP was $2.74.

As I was paying the cashier, Dylan saw that I was using cash and asked if he could have all my coins for his piggy bank.  I told him that I would give him a coin but I needed to pay the lady first.  She laughed (because who wouldn't) and given another second I was afraid he was going to start asking others in line for their change.  I gave him a penny after putting all the groceries in my reusable bags.  He promptly lost it in his seat and I gave him a second one... also lost by the time we got home.  I am hoping to find them in the car and cross my fingers that he didn't eat them or something else crazy!!  Anyway, a successful trip to Aldi's minus my missing two cents :)
