Monday- Chicken Patty Wraps
Tuesday- SW Spiedies Marinated Chicken with white rice and asparagus
Wednesday- Beef Enchiladas
Thursday- Philly Cheesesteak Pasta
Friday- Chicken Patty Parm with spagetti and garlic bread
Saturday- Sloppy Joe Sliders with tater tots
Sunday- Leftovers
I started on the whole month meal plan at the end of last month (as soon as I got my new calendar). There are few holes (7 days not listed) in the plan but it is mostly done. I start try to plan out at least one chicken meal, one spagetti meal, and one ground beef meal per week. Many depend on the other items that I can get for a bargin at that grocery store like lettuce and snow peas which are on my list to look for this month. I work in the rest to fill in the month based on what is already in the freezer and pantry. I have enough to make it through the month but just want to make sure that there is enough variety. I think that I need to add a new recipe to the rotation. I guess I have a few nights ahead of me to read my two new cookbooks that I got for Christmas!!! I hope that you get some yummy ideas to share with your family.
