Wedge Salad

We had a special fun dinner the other night with the new Kraft Fresh Taste Breading (my new "recipe" of the week).  I decided since that was in to bake chicken with the breadcrumb mixture and baked potatoes that we would start out with a wedge salad...compliments of Aldi's and the super great deal on iceberg lettuce and Harris Teeter's great deal on Marie's Lite Blue Cheese Dressing.  My mother in law raves about this whenever she goes to Outback and we have never had it.  I cut the lettuce in quarters, put it on the plate, topped with dressing, cheese, and fresh pepper.

It was so great that I sort of forgot to take pictures of the rest of the meal.  I guess I lost my brain cells but the rest of the dinner hit the spot as much as the starter course.  I used up the last of the Russet Potatoes for our baked potatoes and they were amazing.  Last but not least, the chicken tenders were coated in the mixture of Kraft Fresh Taste which is cheese and breadcrumbs.  We had the Rosemary Garlic flavor which was a great choice for us.  I saved half of the mix by coating the chicken in another bag because I knew that I wasn't going to use it all.  I will most certainly take pictures and give you the details the next time that I make the yummy chicken with the Kraft Fresh Taste.  I hope that you try a yummy fresh wedge salad with your next meal (and also try the Kraft Fresh Taste
