Mission Motherhood Book Review

I was at the library trying to find some more books to read when I spotted an author that I read a few books by so I grabbed the books on the shelf from her.  Mission: Motherhood (Homecoming Heroes, Book 1) (Love Inspired #452) by Marta Perry was the one that I started with.  I was excited to find out what the title meant.

Overnight, Caitlyn Villard becomes mother to twin five-year-olds. Her darling nieces are orphaned, their parents fallen soldiers. So Caitlyn trades New York City for Prairie Springs, Texas, the small military town she'd run from at first chance. Loving the girls is easy. Learning how to be a slow-paced soccer mom is not. Which is where handsome army chaplain Steve Windham steps in. Just in time to show Caitlyn that sometimes you find the man—and life—of your dreams where you least expected.

This was a super cute book with Caitlyn learning that her sister's kids were now her responsibility.  It was interesting to watch Caitlyn return to her home town to get to know her nieces.  Caitlyn is dealing with her mother aging and not being able to deal with the active children.  I thought it was interesting to watch when Caitlyn's priorities changed and how she adapted to being in the home town that she never wanted to go back to and the sister that she wasn't friends with leaving her precious children.  It was amazing to follow the journey and I hope that you pick it up and find out what happened.  I hope that you check out this book and any other that you can find in this great series.
