But in truth, it is mostly to keep me on track for my own reading to make sure that I don't get the same book twice. For whatever reason, I often stand at the new release section of the library and see what I can read but they keep books there for almost a year so I might have read it so long ago that I forget. If I am at the library then I can search on my blog and see if I read the book before easily right from their computer or my phone. I tried using a notebook but I don't do the greatest job at keeping it with me when I went to the library so I didn't always know unless I planned ahead. I tried using Good Reads online so that I could look at the library or at home but I did a horrible job of actually updating my shelf. I tried keeping two lists on Amazon: one for books to read and the other for books that I finished. How do you keep track of your books that you want to read and books that you have already read because I am exhausted with all my systems??
