Menu Plan Monday 11/25





Monday- Olive Oil Pasta with garlic bread
Tuesday- Worcestershire Chicken with chicken rice or white rice
Wednesday- Baked Potato Soup
Thursday- Thanksgiving dinner:  Herb Butter Chicken with sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, and rolls
Friday- Leftovers
Saturday- Leftovers/???
Sunday- Leftovers/???

This week is the end of the month and a holiday so totally up in the air.  We are going to be trying to figure out what is going on this week and again how many people we are serving.  We will play it by ear as the week goes on and hope that we can flip out meals or add side dishes so that we have enough to feed whoever shows up at the table :)

We did decide to go with Thanksgiving Dinner even if we don't have company.  I bought a chicken and we are going to do all the fixing.  I used a rain check on the whole chickens for $0.69 per pound that I had at Harris Teeter and got a turkey at $0.57 per pound but we are saving that for Christmas.  We are going to have a smaller dinner and it will be just as yummy because there is no reason to have a big bird and waste all that meat but putting it in the freezer right away.  I hope that this makes Thanksgiving a little easier and less of a mess but only time will tell!!
