Sisterhood Everlasting Book Review

Sisterhood Everlasting by Ann Brashares was another book that came up on a search so I grabbed it on the last trip to the library because I knew that I was getting close to the end of the other book.  I am so glad that I did because it was amazing!!!  If you have read the other books in the series, I highly recommend that you read this one.  If you haven't, start at the beginning and read quickly to get to this book!!

In this book, the author continues with the characters from the previous Sisterhood of the Traveling Pant characters in their grown up life, 10 years after the last book.  Tibby, Lean, Carmen and Bridget are starting their own lives in different places and feel like there is something they are missing.  They are having trouble staying in contact with each other through their changing lives until Tibby sends them all tickets to go to Greece to meet up.  They all met up through the flights and got into the airport in Greece at the same time.  What greeted them was totally unexpected and changed their lives forever!  I hate to ruin books so you need to pick it up and see for yourself but it was a really emotional journey for all of the characters and kept me on the edge of my seat.

I loved the book and enjoyed getting a closer to the characters that were in the previous books.  This provided a look into the things that are really important in life and not only has the characters questioning their lives but it makes you think to.  I hope that you look this up at your local library or bookstore.  It is a emotional and well written book that I think that any fan of the series should follow up and read!!  I hope that you pick it up whether you are a fan or not because it is a great book!!
