We had a great rest of the week and I think that we are going to plan for a quieter week next week. Here is hoping that I can get things a little more organized around here because I feel like I am forever cleaning up. Hopefully a good clean tomorrow will stop the madness!! Hope you guys are having a good start to your summer (and a little less busy then me)!!!!
This Week:
Family Goals
Spend time with family- We had a great week together even with the sickness starting the week. The rest of the week went much better!Storytime at library- We had a great storytime at the library with a lot of great friends (and a few people that would have been better if they left). We got to read a bunch of books about friends and talked about some different friends that they matched up on the felt board. It was a nice activity that my little guy was super excited about.- Visit Torpedo factory to see friend- Ugh! My son woke up and got sick all over the couch so we cancelled just in case that wasn't the end of that. I was hoping to have a good week but this isn't the best start.
Music Together class- We were really excited that we finally got to register when this first opened. I actually forgot and had to call my husband to get into the computer and sign us up. What a great husband that he got us in before the class was totally full. The class was great even though there were a ton of young kids there and lots of people were coming in really late. It really bothers me when people disrupt the whole group because they can't make it there on time.My Gym and 2-3 free plays- My husband took my son to the evening play time and he was so excited to show him everything. We made it to three playtimes and our class. On Friday, my son looked at me and said that he would like to go to My Gym and I had to break it to him that there weren't any open plays until Monday again. I think that he would be there all day, everyday!
- Cut coupons- I don't know why I put this off for so long because it becomes more of a chore the longer I put it off. I am planning on getting to it on Sunday...oops!
Get coupons on Friday- I did get my papers on Friday and there was only one coupon insert but it was worth the trip.Go to PT for TMJ twice- I went to my PT twice this week and my therapist is going to be on vacation next week so nothing next week and we will see how long all this hard work stays to keep away the pain.Shut off computer 6 nights to save energy- I shut off the computer every night and most days that we were going to be out of the house.Finish reading Summer on Blossom StreetStart next Spenser book or Debbie Macomber book- I started with the next Debbie Macomber book so that I could return it to the library and I finished it on Tuesday and posted the review. I started the next Spenser book right after that while reading some science books at the same time. Finished that and read another book, review posted shortly.
Clean dishes, counters and floors at least 5 days of the week- This week seemed to be messier than normal. I don't know what was going on that the kitchen seemed to be continually messy and I was continually exhausted! I did a little baking but not a ton but I guess I made a big mess.Clean dishes one night and not wait until the morning- I can't remember if I did this early on in the week so but I did clean out all of the dishes and make a pile on Thursday night but didn't wash them..opps. I was determined to do it on Friday night to make up for the week, especially since Friday is pizza night but that didn't happen either. I did get them all washed up on Saturday even though it was a big pile!!
Post one post everyday (schedule 7 posts so that can spend more time with family)-I have scheduled a bunch of posts for the week and have all of them up at the beginning except the weekly goals for next week because that takes all week to update and post.Review book reviews completed during the week (if done)-Two reviews posted by Tuesday and the rest of the books are posted through out the week as they are completed.Work on a few posts to work ahead for the coming week- I got a bunch of posts up for the rest of the month and hope to finish up some rough drafts of the other things that I am going to schedule through out the month.Post Weekly Goals, Menu Plan Monday, and Thrifty Thursday Tip- I got them all posted!
