Which way do you spell the plural of mango- mangoes or mangos?? I just don't remember this one but it seems like a trick. Spell check said mangoes but it certainly does look different :)
Anyway, I have a lot of them in the fridge that I got free with coupon and I haven't found a use for them. I wanted to make a salad with a peanut dressing and use them on it but I haven't gotten as far as finding a recipe for peanut dressing yet. What should I do with my mango bits? Any suggestions? I would love to know what recipes you have for mango so that I can plan for next week when I get home (plus any ideas on the spelling would be appreciated).
