January Cooking Review

I had a busy month cooking and spent a lot of time making new recipes.  Some of them are going to be family favorites for years to come.  We can't seem to stay away from the garlic knots, pizza knot dippers, and scones!!!  A more recently added favorite is the kettle corn which I made two batches of the first night and two batches the second day.  If this habit keeps up, we will finish my freezer full of popcorn soon and I might actually have to get some more.  I made some for my mom even though she was not really interested in trying the kettle corn but after she had a taste, she was hooked!!!  Also, received great compliments on the herb butter chicken which I have made three times and love so much.  The sad thing is that I am out of chickens!!!!  Who ever thought that this would be the sadest day.

I am going to have a hard time finding more recipes in February and not making these recipes over and over :)  I hope that you tried some of the January recipes or added them to your list of must cook.  If you missed any of them, click on the title to find the original post of each.  I know that you will enjoy all of hem.
