Harris Teeter Shopping Day #4
I actually did two separate transactions for this to try to make sure that I didn't mess up the rain checks and that I got the evic zvr coupons. It was a good thing because none of the evic zvr coupons came off and the customer service person had to pull everything up on the computer and issue a credit back.
I got free Mahatma rice and Uncle Ben's rice for free. We will have lots of rice for the next few months :)
One of the HT managers that coupons, told me that I had to get the Stouffer's deal which didn't even cross my path when I was looking but it was a great deal so I grabbed three lasagna. Lasagna is something that I have still not made from scratch and it is a great busy night meal. I can throw it in the oven and go back to taking care of my crazy 4 year old without worrying about what we are having for dinner.
I used the rain check on the Snapware plastic two packs and the Smart Balance butter.
I got the Garnier Shampoo and Garnier Hairspray to take advantage of the $1 evic zvr coupon off each. I also took advantage of the Pepsi deal which was a great evic zvr coupon because it was on sale at my store for $1.25 and I had $1/2 coupon and realized that I had a $0.50 coupon to use on the third one!! Then, I got the $2.19 evic for the shelf price. It was a super great money maker. I was excited!!!
I decided to add some more Doritos since I already shot my budget for the month and it was a great price which was hard to pass up at $1.88 each with sale and coupon. I know that they won't go to waste... I think that everyone in my house is a big fan!! Hoping to stop buying them so that we stop eating them :)
Total OOP $11.92
Total Savings $66.55 + (Snapware RC and $3.69 Smart Balance RC)
Have to check the Snapware shelf cost to update all savings!
