Frozen Heat Book Review

Frozen Heat (Nikki Heat, Book 4) by Richard Castle was on my list since I heard that it was coming out!!!  It finally came out and I got on the list at the library.  It came off the reserve at the library the other day and it gave me the motivation to hurry up and finish my other book.  I got a little bit of time to read and couldn't put it down!!

The book starts with Detective Nikki Heat being called to the scene of a recent murder.  The woman was left in a suitcase in the back of the freezer truck.  Through a quick visit to the scene and an ongoing investigation, she learns that this murder is related to her mother's murder 10 years previously.  With the support of her sometimes partner and all the time boyfriend, Jameson Rook, she looks into the two murders and solves many mysteries along the way!  I don't want to spoil any of the great parts so pick up the book and read for yourselves.

I highly recommend starting at the beginning of the series before getting to this one (since it is the fourth) so that you have the background information to understand everything in this novel but it is a must read.  Check it out at your local library or bookstore.  Hoping for a Book 5 but no signs of it yet :)  Let me know if you have checked out this series and what you think!!!
