Wal-Mart Shopping Trip 9/11

I had a few things that I had coupons for but Wal-Mart was out of everything.  I got a bag of marshmallows to make some rice krispie treats for my little guy.  I really wanted to get oatmeal to make some granola and this was cheaper than the raincheck that I had for Harris Teeter so I grabbed it.  Then my son requested the Pringles.  We went around the whole store with the orange ones and then I finally found the green ones which are his favorite, close to the check out.

I was hoping to get flour but this Wal-Mart had it at $2.18 and the other Wal-Mart had it for $1.68 last time.  I might have to go to Safeway and use the Just For U pricing of $1.77 that I loaded on my card which expires today just in case!!  The cost of all the basics have gone up so much more recently but the price differences from one Wal-Mart to the other drives me insane!!  I guess I will have to try out another one later this week and see what the prices are there!!

I didn't use any coupons and just got a few things but the total was higher than I really wanted to spend today.  Luckily, my little one fell asleep in the car because I was only giving a few chips at a time and I told him that he couldn't have anymore.  I thought I was going to have mutiny but he fell asleep instead!!  Naptime is priceless :)
