Harris Teeter Trip 7/9 and 7/10

A quick trip out with the family, we got two boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios which my husband has wanted for the whole month last month that I wasn't able to find at a reasonable price.  I got the last box off the shelf while my husband was trying to get my son to walk towards the store.  Then I entertained my son who was really sad that there were no special carts left because he moved too slowly and I watched three kids carts heading into the store at the same time we got there.  My husband searched the end caps and found our second box!!  I only had two coupons so we at least got our two boxes :)

We went back after the dentist on Tuesday and got one more box of Honey Nut Cheerios with a new coupon that I almost forgot at home before leaving.  I was super excited to make our fast trip to the store with the race car cart!!  We even got a sample cinnamon doughnut and sugar cookie (shh, don't tell the dentist).

I figured that I would do one post for both of the trips since neither was very interesting since we only got the Honey Nut Cheerios.  I wish that I had some time to look around and see what other deals there was but I didn't even bring my coupon basket in the car either time.  Luckily, I did clean it so that I could get my envelopes back into the basket and might be a little more managable.  I am hoping to make it back tonight to get some Kellogg's cereal but just in case, at least we got the important stuff that my husband and son really wanted.
