Monday- BBQ Spiedies with rice
Tuesday- Garlic Lime Chicken Fajita Wraps
Wednesday- Kraft Rosemary Garlic Chicken
Thursday- Soy Ginger with brown rice
Friday- Chicken tenders with oven fries
Saturday-leftovers/Crock Pot Whole Chicken or Brick Chicken
Sunday- Buffalo Chicken Rice/Chicken Quesadillas
Nothing much new this week except that I am going to try the new Kraft Fresh Take Kit with breadcrumbs and cheese. I have no idea how this is going to turn out but I think that it can be re-created without the kit if it does turn out great. It will be my next step to figure out what exactly is in the ziploc bag in my fridge :) Or else search for a great deal with coupons!!
I can't believe that I am running low on my boneless chicken in the freezer. I started the May Menu plan to see if I have enough to make it through the whole month but I am not sure yet. The great news is that the big stock up of chicken that I did in January of over 53 pounds lasts about 5 months. Chicken hasn't gone on sale for $1.67 a pound since than (minus the $1.69 at Aldis but I determined that driving out there would cost more in gas then the savings from $1.99 per lb that I can find seconds from the house). Crossing my fingers that it does in the next month or I am going to have to hold off with a few packages of chicken at $1.99 :( If not, you are going to see me get more creative next month with whatever is left in the freezer!! I really need to clean out and defrost the freezer soon so I guess I will take it as a sign if there isn't a chicken sale :)
