Buffalo Chicken Pizza

I came up with an idea the other day to make Buffalo Chicken Pizza like they used to make at Wegman's with real blue cheese.  I made the crust with whole wheat flour to be extra healthy.  I used the Fleishman's Pizza Crust Yeast and the recipe on the back but I used half whole wheat and half all purpose flour.

First, stretch the crust on the pizza pan to try to make a circle (but the taste doesn't depend on it).  Melt hot sauce with butter in a microwave safe container and pour on the crust.  Top with crumbled blue cheese and chunks of chicken (as pictured below)

Then top with mozzarella cheese to taste (I usually use a whole bag and sometimes a little more). Drizzle the top and crust with a little olive oil.

Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.

Cut and serve (don't forget a drink because it might be a little hot).

It was so yummy!!!  I would totally make this again.  I hope that you make it too :)
