Seven Up Book Review

Seven Up (Stephanie Plum, No. 7) (Stephanie Plum Novels) by Janet Evanovich was the next book in the series which I picked up as I was finishing the last book because I had to know what happened next!  I think that shows you a great book series when you can't go to sleep until you have to start the next book.  This book started right where the last one left off.

In this book, Stephanie was trying to get Eddie DeChooch, a retired mob man, who was caught for bringing cigarettes through New Jersey.  Stephanie was assigned to bring DeChooch in after his failure to appear in court and it turned into a long line of attempts with very little success.  In the process, two of her friends disappeared and she was trying to find them.  It turns out that they were involved in the cigarettes and much more.  At the same time, her sister, Valerie, comes home after her husband left her and the two kids.  If Valerie can't make a marriage work, how is she going to do it?  Stephanie gets into lots of trouble in her professional and personal life in this book but you have to pick it up to find out what happens.

I loved it!  I couldn't put it down yet again and was up until I finished the last page (way past my bedtime).  It was a great read and Stephanie got into more amazing situations then she has ever gotten into before.  I swear that each book can't get more crazy then the last one and it really does!  I love the series and can't wait for the next one.
