I made chicken tacos the other night with homemade fajita seasoning. I made up a few small containers awhile ago and had them in the spice cupboard so they were calling to be used. They turned out great and were super yummy. Sorry I didn't take a picture but they were gone too quickly. The great part was the spicy chicken was offset with the yummy saffron rice.
Seasoning recipe (to the best of my memory):
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregeno leaves
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Can be used on chicken or beef which are equally yummy!!!
