Menu Plan Monday 2/4
Monday- Chicken fries, Chicken Wraps and homemade fries
Tuesday- French Dip Sloppy Joes with mac and cheese
Wednesday- Pasta
Thursday- Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes
Friday- Chicken Tacos with white Rice
Saturday- Leftovers
Sunday- Birthday Party and Leftovers
Last week we had my son's favorite dinner on Monday with chicken wraps for us. Tuesday was Salsa Sloppy Joes with mac and cheese. Wednesday was Spaghetti which I did with sauce and meatballs. Thursday was supposed to be chicken and I forgot to take it out so we did leftovers from everything in the fridge. I made meatball sandwiches for lunch and buffalo mac and cheese, bacon mac and cheese, lo mein, chinese fried rice, grilled cheese and more. Friday we moved the chicken there and didn't take it out of the freezer again!! We decided to have Steak Egg Rolls and Simple Fried Rice with peas. I finally took the chicken out and we had Grilled Spiedies Chicken with white rice on Saturday. Sunday was cheese mancotti that I had from the freezer which I made a homemade sausage sauce.
I love a week with a plan even if it doesn't go particularly perfectly. It always helps me at the busiest time of the day. I am hoping with a plan through the week that we have enough to make it through and now I just have to make sure I take the food out of the freezer!!
