Monday- Chicken and Rice Casserole
Tuesday- Buffalo Chicken Pizza (and maybe some White Garlic Pizza for me)
Wednesday- Leftover Chicken Fingers with mac and cheese
Thursday- Buffalo Chicken Salad with crumbled blue cheese
Friday- Tacos with spicy saffron rice
Saturday- Leftovers/Philly Cheese Steak Pasta
Sunday- Leftovers/Frozen Pizza
This week is a special week long celebration for my husband's birthday. He isn't really big on sharing details about it like the date of his birthday but I am making all of his favorite foods so that he is super happy. Isn't that good present to eat all your favorite stuff all week? The only thing that I need to get is cheddar cheese and I am all set for the yummy week. Does that mean that I get all my favorites next week? Probably not but I will work in a few through the month. I am working on finishing the rest of the months meal plan so that I have the rest of the month planned out too.
