Menu Plan Monday 6/3
Monday- Teriyaki Chicken with simple fried rice
Tuesday- Roast Beef Sandwiches on homemade rolls
Wednesday- Spiedie chicken with white rice
Thursday- Salsa Sloppy Joes (make double to freeze)
Friday- Frozen Pizza
Saturday- Leftovers and Fried Rice/Chicken Paninis
Sunday- Omaha Burger and BLT/???
I started planning out June and we were going to be having grilled chicken at least three days a week so I tried to mix it up a little so the fun of grilling wouldn't loose it's thrill but our freezer is filled with chicken marinated to grill. With taking Spaghetti and meatballs out of the rotation because I am never interested in that in the summer, I don't have a lot of filler meals. I am going to mix it up and see what I can do over the coming weeks to change the monthly plan just a little so that we aren't eating grilled chicken at every month.
