Menu Plan Monday 4/29
Monday- Egg Rolls and Pan Fried Dumplings with simplified fried rice
Tuesday- Wedge Salad with leftover rice
Wednesday- Buffalo Chicken Wraps and mac and cheese
Thursday- ??
Friday- Homemade Pizza
Saturday- Leftovers/??
Sunday-Grilled Cheese/??
I can't believe that another month is already over. I usually do the menu planning on a monthly basis so that I can spread out meals so that we aren't eating chicken every night. Of course when the month ends and the next one starts, I am sometimes caught off guard. I quickly figured out a few things that we had around the freezer and pantry to make a few meals for the beginning of the month before starting the menu planning. Here is what we have after fitting some of the things in the freezer on the calendar for May!
