I have read the Economides books though :) I am amazed at the number of people out there who don't know where their money goes but are upset that they can't make ends meet. The first step is to know what is coming in and out because it is the only way to stay positive. Doesn't it take a ton of stress off when you know what is going on? We find that our finances run so much better now that we have a budget in place.
