I'm excited for you!
...You must be so excited! I'm excited for you!
I kind of feel like you this week, having to get rid of some food in the house before our trip, but without the pressure of having to move my household, lol. I'm just moving myself and 2 kids to Europe for a month. I'm not making dinner menus, just trying to see how I can use up most of the veggies/fruit/cheese/breads that we have on hand and that Greg won't cook/use while I'm gone. I have Mushroom Beef Stew cooking in the crockpot for tonight and tomorrow I'll make Scalloped Potatoes and ham in the crockpot as well (which reminds me that I need to make sure that I have 2 thick slices of ham in my freezer!). Beyond that... I'm not too sure but I'm also going shopping on Wednesday. I'll probably get another one of the Extra large cheese pizzas at Aldi and we'll use pepperoni slices and ham slices that I already have as toppings.
Good luck with everything, Alison!Nathaliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01654610295436446555noreply@blogger.com
